About

An Android engineer who owns the whole app — requirements, architecture, release and what comes after.

For five years I've built Android apps people depend on: features for Rize, Al Rajhi Bank's retail banking app in Malaysia; HR and business-assurance tools used by thousands of employees at Jazz; and a warehouse management system that runs a factory's stock and production lines in real time.

On most of those products I've been the only Android developer, so I work end to end. My default stack is Kotlin, MVVM with Clean Architecture, Jetpack and Coroutines — with Java where the codebase calls for it. Outside client work I build my own products: Coinly is live on Google Play, and Onetap is in development.

    Meta Smart Factory

    Android Developer · Remote

    Sole Android developer on an enterprise Warehouse Management System, built from scratch in Java for stock tracking, movement, automated placement and live production operations.

    • Built a persistent MQTT (HiveMQ) foreground service for real-time device-to-server messaging that drives barcode scanning, automatic stock placement and production-line commands for repair, rework and scrap.
    • Integrated industrial RFID readers over USB serial, feeding hardware scans straight into the app.
    • Developed MSF Vision, a live multi-camera production monitoring module with OK/NOK quality detection and real-time alerts.
    • Built a custom dynamic Matrix view for warehouse and production data on a Single Activity architecture with Hilt.
    • Integrated REST APIs for stock management and reporting, with error and offline handling for the factory floor.

    Smart Star Software Services

    Android Developer · Karachi

    Built features for Rize, the retail banking app of Al Rajhi Bank (Malaysia region) — a production fintech app under regulated banking requirements.

    • Built application modules in Kotlin on MVVM and a modularized architecture, so teams could develop features in parallel.
    • Integrated GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client for account, transaction and customer onboarding flows.

    Maintained and extended two live enterprise apps for Jazz, Pakistan's largest telecom operator: Jazz People App and Business Assurance App.
